• Minimum 2 years hands on experience in user interface, database, web and GIS application development using Microsoft .Net, Oracle, ESRI Tools, Java, JavaScript, AJAX, and XML

• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) development is a plus

• Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a highly collaborative working environment are required

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technical or business discipline is required
