• Proven knowledge of computer networks, web-based software applications and application service providers

• Ability to formulate end-to-end network performance objectives and conduct analytic studies of competing alternatives

• Demonstrated experience as a system administrator in supporting network performance monitoring tools

• Requiring excellent communication skills for co-ordination and facilitation

• Qualifications: Bachelor of Science plus a minimum of seven years of combined experience in IT discipline and system analysis; Requiring US citizenship
